1 /5 K Lipka: I Tried to exchange an expensive present I received but because i was given it after the exchange period they wouldnt allow it. Super disappointing customer service. I used to spend a lot there, but not any more. All I would like to do is exchange it for something that i like.

1 /5 Rita: Went into Sunshine store today for a simple and common request - to exchange a necklace I received for Christmas. Was informed over the phone yesterday that proof of purchase could be found on computer. In store, spoke with manager who was difficult, defensive argumentative and unaccommodating! Left frustrated and without the exchange. Perhaps hire someone who likes to help and is less negative.

3 /5 Ravi Nishtala: Excellent staff! May be because of the location, the collection isnt very extensive. The rating is purely for that. The staff here however, very customer oriented and welcoming. Will definitely recommend if the range can be improved.
