1 /5 Jane Russell: Very disappointed with recent experience at this store. Make sure everything you want completed to repair and clean jewellery is written down on your quote. I verbally requested repair, clean and new glass face to my late mothers watch, but it hadn’t been written on my receipt. Watch was not working when I collected it the first time and it had not been cleaned or had the glass face replaced as requested. They took the watch back, but when picking it up a second time and despite the watch face still not been replaced they charged me an additional $100 for the cleaning. My daughter, who was with me when we got the quote, heard everything I’d asked for and even reminded me of the glass face replacement in front of the staff member. The watch was being given to her for her 21st birthday present. Very very disappointed to have such dishonest service from a local jeweller in Mona Vale.
