1 /5 Vijay Rajagopal: Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! I took my gold chain, which has great sentimental value, to this shop for repairs. The chain was broken, and the hook needed fixing. When I returned to pick it up, I found that the hook wasn’t repaired at all. Worse, the staff denied that we ever discussed fixing the hook, even though it was clearly mentioned. Naturally, I wanted to weigh the chain to ensure I was getting back exactly what I left. Instead of handling this professionally, the staff became defensive and rude. Their response? “If you don’t trust us, don’t come here.” That’s an absolutely unacceptable way to treat a paying customer. The way they weighed the chain also seemed suspicious and dodgy. If you value honesty, good service, and basic professionalism, stay far away from this place. They don’t deserve your business.

They made my beautiful wedding ring in only a few weeks (even over the Christmas period), after my original jeweller (a commercial one) ordered the wrong ring, which was made overseas somewhere. At KT Jewellery, they made my ring here in Melbourne. Amazing! Excellent communication and friendly staff. Definitely recommend. Thanks again!
