Venus Chen the lady working was so rude and negative the whole time. she went to another customer who just entered when i was clearly there first. she literally made eye contact with me while walking towards the other customer. me being a teenager doesn’t mean im not going to buy anything. when she finally came to me, she was really impatient and rushed the whole experience. the waiting time was longer than the interaction time.

This lady named K, approached me and asked what she can help me with, i told her i want to exchange a charm but she said to wait a moment.. but after that she left me waiting and already serving someone else. The customer service for my daughter was beyond exceptional- she had a recent Louvisa purchase stolen, one earring ruined the set, so the assistant (my bad I forgot her name) went and hinted the data base and searched through 3 vags to find the item. This treatment was also received at the knox store(the assistant also hunted for these earrings) I cannot thank you both for such rare, excellent customer service. She was so incredibly sweet and patient and helpful as I took my time looking for a perfect gift for my sis-in-law. She went above and beyond to give me the best customer service and made what wouldve been a daunting decision so pleasant. She even threw in complimentary gift wrapping! Both her and her colleague were very understanding and even offered to help replace one of my old, worn out bracelets. Also, the shop is very well-organised and everything just glistens. For someone whos not usually big on jewellery, Ill definitely be paying regular visits!

C Gango Ridiculous waiting as theyre limiting the shop traffic due to less staff. Best to go Michael Hills or Pandora if thats an option. Adding to this, poor customer service from the staff member who served, didnt even have the courtesy to do proper gift wrapping, had to ask for the matching gift bag and the ribbon. What nonsense if they cant treat the customers equally. The customer service I experienced today is a disgrace to the reputed brand.
