We looked far and wide only to discover Holdsworth Bros Jewellers at The Glen, just 20 minutes from home! The service from Annette was truly exceptional—she made us feel so welcome and comfortable from the start. Her knowledge of jewellery is impressive and she personalised the entire experience, making me feel so special. When I showed her a photo of the engagement ring I envisioned, Annette immediately arranged for a similar ring to be transferred from another store. It was perfect! Since our wedding, we’ve visited a few times for cleanings and resizing, and Annette, along with the other staff, always makes us feel right at home. Each visit is a pleasure with warm welcomes and lovely chats. We highly recommend Holdsworth Bros Jewellers!

None of it would have been possible without the incredible service and Oscar worthy skills of the Holdsworth team. The team really went above and beyond in helping me sell the act when we visited the store the other month to peruse around. Nicole, Annette and the team at Holdsworth are nothing short of exceptionally extraordinary. Their attention to detail, professionalism and customer service is second to none. With a smile everytime you walk in the door and insanely quick turnarounds on adjustments and appraisals, they really are the one stop shop. She helped us find a very similar style and organised for the ring to be resized. We were very happy with the service offered. On recommendation, we are also having the original wedding ring re coated to match the shine on the new ring.
