Jessica Evans Hairhouse Warehouse Southland has an excellent range of haircare products and services as well as amazing piercing services. The staff are beyond phenomenal! They are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help you find exactly what you need. I had to buy a hair straightener for my sister and with my quick brief and budget they picked out exactly what I was looking for which made it my quickest and easiest gift purchase, ever. The store is very clean, well-organised, and shopping there is a pleasant experience. You won’t find more friendly, helpful and fun staff than the members here!

Alana Collins The service here was absolutely terrible, they don’t even acknowledge you are there, on top of that made me wait 15 minutes meanwhile someone else walked in and disregard me, and contuined having their own conversation. I ended up walking out and never will be returning. Deplorable service from a business

Alaina Fitzsimmons Avoid at all costs, I had shellac removed and put back on and the woman who I saw filed all of the shellac off including my nails which have always been strong nails , my nails are paper thin now. To top it of she kept filing my cuticle and every time I moved and clearly said ouch she said to stop moving. I seriously regret going here. I’ll have to take a break to have my nails mend now from the horrible experience. The shellac manicure she gave me has all started to crack and come off and has not even lasted 3 full days .

Leah B AVOID My 16 year old daughter went in for eyebrow lamination & lash lift. I wish we read the bad reviews as they are the worst. I went with her & we said it was her first time could they do a test & make it natural. The result was beyond terrible, they are not experienced & removed part of her inner eyebrow, laminated it upwards & tinted it black (the opposite of natural). The die went outside of the hair area and she looked like a clown. My daughter was so distressed she came out crying & we had to go to another salon & try and remove some of the tint. It didn’t really work as there were so many chemicals in her brow she ended up missing a few days of school. DISASTER! A sorry isn’t going to cut it here. I would avoid going here in the first place.

Gigi Smith Wow! Could give zero stars if I could. Came here afternoon 13/4/24 for underarm wax. The service was so awful, the lady left chunks of wax under my arms and I asked if she could please remove the wax and she said and I quote “ have a shower when you get home” I told her it was bad service and then she handed me a tissue so I had to ask if she could position the mirror so I could see and take it off myself! I later discovered once home she had left hairs on as well. So disappointed, that was my first and last visit! Perhaps employ people who at least want to work there and also trained on how to do it and also give them a bit of customer service training. It wouldn’t hurt.
