1 /5 Mirna Mehareb: I came in for eyebrow threading on a Monday when the salon wasn’t busy, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff member assisting me was on her phone during the appointment, which felt unprofessional. After she said she was done, I had to request brushing and trimming, as it’s usually part of the service. She seemed annoyed at the request but did a minimal job.
When I noticed an uneven hair at the end of my brow and asked for it to be removed, she handed me the tweezers instead of doing it herself. I explained that I didn’t know how to use them properly and requested her help, but she seemed reluctant and eager to return to her phone. Given that there were no other customers waiting, I expected more attention to detail.
Additionally, I wasn’t offered moisturizer at the end, which is typically part of the service. Overall, the lack of professionalism and attentiveness made this a disappointing experience.
