1 /5 Gigi Smith: Wow! Could give zero stars if I could. Came here afternoon 13/4/24 for underarm wax. The service was so awful, the lady left chunks of wax under my arms and I asked if she could please remove the wax and she said and I quote “ have a shower when you get home” I told her it was bad service and then she handed me a tissue so I had to ask if she could position the mirror so I could see and take it off myself! I later discovered once home she had left hairs on as well. So disappointed, that was my first and last visit! Perhaps employ people who at least want to work there and also trained on how to do it and also give them a bit of customer service training. It wouldn’t hurt. 1 /5 Gemma Ferris: So rough, poor job I had wax still on my leaving the shop, soothing gel was slapped on my face, she threaded me without asking for permission, tore unset wax from my face instead of waiting for it to harden, she used soft wax instead of hard wax WITHOUT fabric strips so she essentially was sugaring my face, if I saw anyone attempt to enter this store I would stop them and warn them about the harm they would experience 0/10

1 /5 Michelle K: This was the worst upper lip wax I have ever experienced. No wipe of my upper lips beforehand I had to ask her to do it again as there were still visible hairs and I had to apply my own soothing cream afterwards in the chair. The technician also did not wash her hands beforehand. Do not go here highly NOT recommended.

1 /5 Lucy Alexander: I got to Southland at 9:00am waiting for them to open, they weren’t open so I went and got my nails done, when I was done I was waiting 45mins for the store to reopen, the lady had put a sign “be back in 20 mins”, more like 45. 5 customers were waiting.. 5 missed opportunities for your company to make money. All 5 customers got sick of waiting and left. Open on time, if google says your store opens at 9:00am, then open on time. Secondly the store closed at 10:00am- it’s 10:53am and it’s still not open.
