2 /5 Amelia: I visited this Pandora store around 3–4 PM on Valentine’s Day to pick out a gift with my partner. The store was severely understaffed, with only one person managing everything while multiple customers waited to be served. Jewelry was left out on tables, which seemed like a security concern. About 30 minutes later, two more staff members clocked in, but they didn’t acknowledge those who had been waiting and instead served a customer who had just arrived.
That said, the staff were friendly and provided good service once assisted, but the managerial aspect needs improvement for such a busy holiday for a jewellery store.
