5 /5 Molly Voigt: Ive been visiting The Piercing Urge since 2015 and every visit has been an absolute pleasure. Suzanne and the whole team are always so kind, friendly and accomodating. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience - nothing ever feels like too much trouble and theyll happily work to your budget and style. Ive had 10 piercings done here, and my friends and I always make it a group outing. It’s become a bit of a tradition! Highly recommend!

Everyone was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The team (special shout out to Adam) are true professionals—knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly skilled. I felt completely comfortable and taken care of. The studio was spotless, beautifully set up, and had a great vibe. The attention to hygiene and detail was impeccable. Adam guided me on picking out the best jewellery and detailed after care tips. I won’t be going anywhere else for future piercings

I found Piercing Urge through a quick Google search while looking for a trustworthy place to remove my nose piercing, which had developed a bump over the past few weeks. The piercing was originally done overseas, so I was a bit nervous about having it removed somewhere new — but I’m so glad I chose this place! I walked in without an appointment, and the receptionist was incredibly kind and attentive. She let me know I might have to wait around 5–10 minutes, which I was totally fine with. After a short wait, a lovely staff member (sorry I didn’t catch her name!) came to speak with me. She listened to my story patiently, checked my piercing, and explained what could be done. Her calm and friendly attitude immediately put me at ease. Once I confirmed I wanted the piercing removed, she took me into a treatment room and removed it gently — no pain or discomfort at all. She was extremely careful, and the whole process was done in no time. She also gave me clear and helpful aftercare tips. I left feeling so relieved and genuinely happy I found this place. If I ever decide to get another piercing in the future, Piercing Urge will be my go-to. Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional and caring service

5 /5 Sammy Roy: Went and got my tongue pierced here yesterday after being lied to about not having the right anatomy at a different place. They checked my tongue and told me I actually did have the right anatomy. They looked after me, made sure I was comfortable and I came away with an awesome tongue piercing! I highly recommend this place and will be coming here again for any future piercings. Thank you to Adam who did the piercing for me.
