They really go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience - nothing ever feels like too much trouble and theyll happily work to your budget and style. Ive had 10 piercings done here, and my friends and I always make it a group outing. It’s become a bit of a tradition! Highly recommend!

Everyone was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The team (special shout out to Adam) are true professionals—knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly skilled. I felt completely comfortable and taken care of. The studio was spotless, beautifully set up, and had a great vibe. The attention to hygiene and detail was impeccable. Adam guided me on picking out the best jewellery and detailed after care tips. I won’t be going anywhere else for future piercings

Liam R After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit hesitant to check out the store, but I tried them out anyway and had a great experience recently. They held the item I found on their ebay for the day, and so I came to the store that afternoon. The team had the item for me and gave a decent price. The staff were fairly chill, were not pushy and they let me inspect the item until I was happy to go ahead with the purchase. Would recommend others to give them a chance too, they’re genuinely good.

My wife loves everything i have purchased over the years. Beautiful quality and friendly service, they truly know their business. Oh and there is a gemologist on site also, now you dont find that at Tiffanys and Cartier.

Going On a cruise The girls at Bensimon boutique are so attentive and patient and very honest about what suits your skin tone. You will be offered water or champagne while you browse the incredible designs. Each visit is an absolute pleasure!

mareesa cullen Female lady on the phone is so rude! I called to ask a question about a ring I purchased 30 hours prior, asking if it’s normal for it to scratch and mark so quickly. She was rude, blamed me for the damage and all I have done is wear it like normal for less than 2 days. Basically told me to shove it, and bad luck. Will not be returning, shame as the male owner has a a pleasant lovely customer focused man.
