Sophie Vale I’ve been seeing Jaymee at Brow House before she opened the Richmond salon, for over 3 years now. I am always in awe of Jaymee and her team’s skills, professionalism and punctuality. The space is beautiful, and I always feel so comfortable and confident in explaining what I would like and in their ability to deliver! Each time Jaymee checks in to see if I have any preferences or would like any changes made to the colour or shape of the brows, and makes a note for the next time. This is a 5 star salon - I’ll never go anywhere else!

Audrey I’ve been to the clinic for 3 laser hair removal treatments and every session went great and has had really good results so far. Emily explained the whole process and even helped me with details to continue the process overseas. Will come back if I ever am back in Melbourne !

Nic Love my nails by Lili Taylor, they discussed with me that we should make the interior of the heart accent design smaller than the inspo pic and I love and prefer it this way Im very lucky to have a nail artist who is so easy to work with and great at what they do

Zui H First time visit - tried their monthly promo for herb facial peeling and yomogi steam sauna $150 Yume is very experienced and you will get complete explanations of the whole process which can reassure you if youve never tried. Not like some salons where you never got explained and not knowing whats happening. The whole experience was wholesome and I felt so refreshed afterwards! Ill deffo come back again. Thanks Yume!

Helen T Had such a pleasant and welcoming experience with Monica for my session! Consultation was comprehensive and she covered all queries I had on the day, which was very reassuring. I’ve visited a few clinics in the past and Dew Aesthetics is the best one by far in terms of professionalism and procedures - which was quick and painless. Results have been amazing! Will definitely be visiting again in the future!

Jacinta George I cannot recommend Tracy highly enough! She is absolutely amazing at what she does. I recently had my lips done by her, and took my friend along with me, and we are both so happy with the results. Her eye for detail and genuine care, really set her apart. If you’re thinking about lip filler, Tracy is your girl!

Kriszta Doczy Katalin is my beauty therapist in the past year and i will never go to somebody else. I chose her because i was looking for somebody with European training and she is having much more than that. She is somebody with wide knowledge about her profession, always learning and always investing in the latest equipments. Ask her about her bonus head massage!!!!

tamara ferrari Shoutout firstly to Chey, she absolutely nails my colour every time. Deep brown with a red/pink tone. I love her work, especially the chats and laughs. Not only is the hair styling great, but the staff are all wonderful and so helpful with products. I really enjoy the vibes of the salon, especially when I’m in at the same time as other regulars who are hilarious. Such a sweet little community feeling. ❤️ see you all soon!

Portpad Traveller My partner gave me a $500 presidential voucher almost two years ago; possibly three. With a busy life, and being overseas for a year since then, it was nice to know that the voucher didn’t expire; and I have just finished using it up on a back wax and full massage. I have never had a wax before, and info online said I wouldn’t be able to do anything much for two days after. This included a massage with oil. I was quite worried about getting both together, but the staff pointed out that they have been doing both together for years. They were right. The waxing was very quick and it was far less painful than I expected. I had a very good remedial massage straight after, as the oils they used after the waxing obviously did the trick. I would happily get it done again. The staff were very personable, friendly and helpful. Angie even remembered me from more than a year ago, and even noticed the slight change in my appearance. That’s pretty amazing. Chris

Fatma Kirney --- When I first moved to Richmond, I tried a few different nail salons, but none quite met my expectations—I can be pretty particular about how I like my nails! That all changed when I found this place. The team here is so attentive and detail-oriented, making sure every nail is done perfectly without rushing through the job. One time, I chipped the corners of my nails the day after getting them done. When I booked an appointment to have them fixed, they were so kind and didn’t charge me for the repair. That level of customer service really stood out to me! The staff here is absolutely lovely, and the service is always top-notch. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Trang Nguyễn I am really satisfied with this nail set! The design is super pretty, extremely gentle and delicate on the hands. The staff at the salon are extremely cute, enthusiastic and thoughtful. Every step was done meticulously and carefully, making me feel secure and comfortable throughout the session. Thank you very much to the salon for giving me such a wonderful experience! I will definitely come back next time!

Privacc9797 Went here in 2019… Had a young, inexperienced nurse named Molly do my lips. After treatment, there were hard lumps on either side of my mouth like she injected too far into the crevices of my mouth. I had to go to my GP as I was worried because there was some aching pain I never experienced before… I asked for a refund, but customer service was abysmal. This place is awful.

Valerie Kalfa Just had shellac over existing builder gel. The girl who did my nails did a fantastic job. Very fast, great chat, and even better price. Overall great experience and will be returning soon. *Update! Second appointment, absolutely beautiful nails and toes! Best pedicure I’ve ever had. Such attention to detail!

Kelz Belz Friendly staff. Always go have a lash tint and lift its the cheapest place around Richmond , Melbourne for this and most other hair and beauty services. You can book on line but pay in the shop. The card details simply secure your booking. Sometimes , there is a little pug in the shop . He is very cute and friendly and very used to people.

Che Fernandez Save yourself a doctors trips and a dose antibiotics by not attending this terrible place. I got a cuticle infection and had to go on antibiotics due to this nail spas poor cleanliness and professional standards. I am not one to write reviews but oh boy this one is worth it. I have never had such a terrible experience at a nail salon… The old Asian lady overfilled my nails, cut my cuticle x2 to the point they didn’t stop bleeding AND SHE STILL KEPT GOING. She rushed the service that my nails started to bubble. I pointed this out and she picked it with a nail clipper?!?! And didn’t even fix it. I was baffled… and now my nails and cuticles are completely destroyed. Just not worth your time money and above all your well-being *Updated image added of my recovering nail-bed from the ridiculous nail drilling.*
