1 /5 Amelia v: Got SNS nails w tips. Worst set of nails I’ve ever had. A friend and I went to get our nails done and we are both EXTREMELY unhappy with them. In less than a week my nails have broken, chipped and scratched. The shape is not at all nice. It does not look clean at all. I told the lady multiple times during our session about the bumps on the nails and she spent all of 2 mins and expected me to be happy. I just gave up asking again cause I knew she didn’t care. My friends nails already look grown out, the lady didn’t look like she knew what she was doing. They were constantly distracted. Do not waste your time or money here. Not worth it

The blue and white ombre design turned out beautifully, blending the colors seamlessly to create a dreamy effect. It truly looked amazing and added the perfect touch to the special day. I couldnt be happier with how they turned out!

1 /5 Sandali Premaratne: I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this salon today. Just look at my nails— it looks like a 5-year-old did them. I asked for a pearly white colour and picked one from the options, but the technician initially applied a transparent shade and insisted it was the colour I chose. I even pointed out after the first nail that it looked wrong, but she dismissed my concerns, saying the color would show after several coats—which it didn’t. The staff didn’t seem to care about what the customers wanted and spent most of the time talking to each other in their own language, barely understanding what I was saying. For example, I specifically told her not to scrub my little toe because of a wound, but she laughed and did it anyway! After I pointed out the issue with the color, she angrily “fixed” it by sloppily painting over parts of my nails in a rush, as you can see in the picture. She also damaged my cuticle while cutting, causing it to bleed. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here, but I gave them another chance thinking it was a one-off. Clearly, it wasn’t. To top it off, they charged me $70 for this mess—more than the price displayed! I would never return here, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

2 /5 Caitlynn Z: Already cracking the next day with SNS. The shapes were really fat, I didnt like them. The lady was not focused the entire time when she did my nails. This is delicate work but her attitude was very perfunctory like she didnt take it serious at all. The edges were peeling already with unevenness. I do not recommend this place for anyone. I wouldnt go back.
