Louise Reardon I used to be a regular customer, but the quality has significantly declined. During my last visit in October, the nail tech used a drill file so aggressively that I ended up with visible dents in every nail as my nails grew out. Just before Christmas, I went for gel polish again, and the rushed job by Jesse was disappointing. My nails were filed unevenly and left jagged, the color application was uneven and edges were messy, and the gel polish started chipping the next day because of the poorly filed edges. Normally gel polish lasts me weeks, but this time I could peel it off completely from three nails after just three days. Sadly, I wont be returning.
