5 /5 Hungry Piglet: Came here for a much needed facial, my skin type is dry and sensitive and I opted for the Radiance AquaBalance package ($258), which includes a head, back, shoulder massage, ultrasonic cleaning of pores and white heads and a hydrating mask. The whole process was so relaxing and gentle, and my skin felt so light and refreshed after my treatment. They offer services for all different skin types, different facials, body treatments as well as nails and eyelash service. The service was so friendly and tailored to your individual needs and I had such a great experience.

2 /5 arushi goel: Don’t bother unless you speak/ read mandarin. The staff hardly speak English, the posters are all in mandarin. Even the confirmation text was sent in Mandarin! Saw a promotion on Facebook so booked a facial. I’d seen all the great reviews but was treated like they were doing me this big favour. Even the “tea” I was offered at the end was luke warm. I had to speak to 3 different staff members all of who took photos of the promotion like I was making the whole thing up. I was told the facial would last 90 mins over the phone when I booked, then 75 mins on the day and the actual facial went on for 65 mins (including me getting dressed). The staff took 10 minutes to answer which facial I had gotten and when asked about duration, was told that it can go anywhere from 60-90 minutes. The whole process was really bizarre and off putting. The facial was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Definitely not worth the price!

5 /5 Helena: Amazing facial!!!! So high tech and relaxing❤️i was given a short back, shoulder and neck massage too at the start too! Was taken care of my the lovely Naomi. Loved this so much and highly recommend if you want to treat yourself or a loved one ❤️

I wasn’t expecting they would give a massage before my facial and it definitely helped me relax as it was first time getting a facial. To finish off the experience they gave warm Japanese soup and tea, I haven’t experienced such a warm hospitality at a beauty salon in a while.
