I get a full body tan, because I am fairly pale, I get home and slowly remove my hands and feet only giving it less time. This always turns out to be the best tan I have ever had. Jackie is a tanning legend. ❤️❤️

Lori Dagostino I went in to have a facial with Alysha and let me tell you she was amazing. From the minute I walked into the salon she made me feel really comfortable and her bedside manner was great! Consultation was great, then the whole facial was an experience. Gentle with her hands and her massage techniques put me to sleep! For someone that is always on the go with work and family commitments relaxing in these types of appointments is not easy for me, however she made me feel extremely relaxed. I will definitely be booking in another facial very soon.

Leo Munro I thought I was in for the best hairdresser experience Ive had when the stylist didnt ask me any personal questions. Love the quiet! But then I realised they just werent saying anything to me; when she was done putting foils in she just walked away, didnt say ~how long Id have to wait, at one point she literally just grabbed the towel around me and pulled to get me to sit up, rather than ask. I showed a picture of what I wanted ("calico" hair, large colourblocked segments in copper, blonde, and brown), and the stylist said they could do it, so yay! Anyway so what I got wasnt that. I instead got very thin highlights of blonde and copper through dark hair. Which to be fair, looks LOVELY. Its just not what I asked for. It was explained after that my hair was too thin, but I just feel I should have been told that before hand, so I didnt have to hide my shock when I came back from the bowl to see my hair. Then, while drying my hair the stylist literally said my haircut was "not nice" ????? (I have long straight hair, nice fluffy bangs & some framing pieces) I dont know when it became normal to insult a clients hair. I happen to enjoy my haircut, but really, nothing should have been said at all?? How bizarre. Then the stylists kept saying what I got was "very different" and Id like to belirve that was a compliment, but after saying my hair was "not nice" I just dont believe it was a compliment. So I did not leave my appointment feeling confident at all. 3 stars for an aesthetic result even if its not what I wanted, and a fair price. I wont be back, but it sure could be fine for you

Bethany Cusumano I’ve been coming here since about a month after they first opened and haven’t looked back since. Every time I get my nails done, the staff are incredibly kind and always make sure I’m happy with the final result. My nails are the healthiest and longest they have been. For context, every time I go, I get builder gel on my natural nails, with a shellac on top. Recently, I wasn’t completely satisfied with how my nails turned out—through no fault of the salon—and when I reached out, they were quick to fit me in and redo them. Their customer service is truly amazing with every visit. I’ve already recommended them to so many of my friends and will absolutely keep doing so! Thanks Krystal Nails!

Joey Lai Ive come in twice now. The first time I came in for acrylic extensions and they were good overall, the only issue that I had the first time was that i asked for a price on a set of nails before I sat down. They sat me down and began working on my nails and took 5-10 minutes before they gave me the price. They were talking to each other about the price of the nails while working on them, so I did feel a red flag raise but I felt obligated to finish and didnt expect them to take that long for a quote. But overall the staff member was great and the nails were satisfactory. Prior to coming in I did call to give them a heads up if I could walk in with 5-10 minutes notice. They said yes, I assumed they were quiet but when I walked in I continued to wait 10-30 minutes. Ive just come in again to remove a set of nails that I did at this salon, as well as spa pedicure and shellac. This time I had a different staff member and I was very let down. I have old shellac polish and when she was removing it she was very rushed and hurt me throughout the entire process. The job was quite rushed and in my opinion poorly done, she did little to no shaping, so some of my nails are crooked and I have some shellac polish on the surrounding nail skin. Not once did she check up or slow down to check up on the pain. From experience, she only did the hot stone massage for a minute or two and she did not apply lotion like I would expect from other spa pedicure experiences at different salons. Afterwards we removed my old acrylic extensions, she was very rushed yet she still took a long time. She used the drill and would hurt sides of my skin and I felt like she overworked some nails. While the store owner or manager was working back and forth on two clients, when I was soaking my nails she was just on her phone. 10-20 minutes pass and she was still removing my acrylics and the told me they were finished. The booking website says that "Shellac Gel Polish Soak Off" includes Cut, Buff and Shape. But this is what they sent me out with, other than using my e-nail filer she did not shape or buff my nails at all, nor did she ask if I wanted my nails cut and skipped it entirely. I walked out with my nails like this. You can see the old acrylic still, and on a few nails the white like is the old acrylic nail tip and not my natural nails. So most of my nails have the two lines, my natural nails and the old extension tip. I left without saying anything as I felt very annoyed by the whole thing. I rated it two stars because last time I had a decent experience despite they didnt quote my nails until after they began working on it but this time I was quite disappointed. The price isnt necessarily high but is it not competitive to other nail salons for the price. The quality is good but not outstanding.

The staff are down to earth and engage in meaningful conversations. My appointment was scheduled for 1.45pm and I was taken to the consulting suite and attended to at 1.40pm- 5 minutes before my appointment! Thorough attention was paid during my wax to ensure an exceptional result was achieved- and it was! Thank you Danielle and the other beauticians I have had in the past, I will be back!!

Caitlin Darcy-Molloy I get all of my treatments here. There are only 2-3 places in Melbourne I would do skin needling at and this is one of them. The ladies at Angel Face just know what they are doing. You can’t beat good products and experience. I would prefer to pay a little more for this experience than risk my skin. Jay Finki Making the time to visit Angel Face recently for my first ever facial was such a rewarding experience. Getting older, my skin has changed so much and I really didnt know how to deal with it, so I went to the professionals. My facial began with a consult so Samantha (my beautician) could tailor the facial to my personal needs. Being fair, with freckles and having sensitive/dry skin has always made me think facials would leave me red raw. But I was so glad to be proven wrong. My visit was the best spent hour Ive had in a long time. I cant remember the last time I was so relaxed or felt so pampered. My skin is still glowing, fresh, hydrated and radiant days after my visit which I think is testament to the fact that my treatment really was exactly what my skin needed. Im so grateful to Samantha for making me feel so comfortable and welcome despite me being a nervous newcomer to the world of facials. Ill definitely be back for more.

R D My regular nail artist near my work was on holidays just before my wedding and I had to find an alternate option to get shellac nails done. The salon looked professional from outside and the reviews were not too bad, plus this was a convenient location near my home so I booked myself in for a shellac mani. I arrived right on time but was made to wait for about 10 minutes which isnt a lot if you do not book appointments but when do I feel that clients time should be respected. Anyways, I settled in for the mani. The nail technician was not at all skilled, not thorough. The the filing was not done properly and I had to point out the mistakes, and there were a fair few. Some nails were filed kind of squarish round and others were round with a slope on one side. But the highlight of the mani was the shellac polish. The polish was applied like a big goop, so much so that my nails literally looked like a little shiny sack of shellac polish, or like a big drop of polish dumped on my nail. To top it, the lady was a bit bit taken aback when I said, I am not happy with the mani. I insisted on her fixing it and the one good thing is that she did oblige and took the polish off and re applied. What that did to my nails is made it brittle and on my most important day of my life, I had nails which are so far from nice :( Do not think I will ever go back to Angelface even if I am paid to get a mani, not worth ruining my nails again.

Taylor S Called and asked about lash lift and tint, i got told it was $80 which is not a problem at all. Told the lady on the phone i would be there at 4:30pm lady on the phone said it was okay. When i got there myself and 2 others(who were there before me) were waiting there with a sign saying back in 15 minutes.I waited 20 minutes when Nidu? (worker) came back in with personal shopping in hand. I then waited for her to finish with the 2 before me (in this time 2 more people came in). She said to take a seat and i said i was after a lash lift and tint and she advised that she can not do this now as it takes to long. i said i did call and ask and she said yes previously. She said she would not do this now after back and forth. Really disappointed if they had just said no i would not have wasted 45 minutes of my time waiting for them! She could have asked while i was waiting what i was after if she wasn’t sure Avoid at all costs extremely bad service!

Daina Peet Lady was nice - but she absolutely ruined my eyebrows. Went in for a wax and a tint. Didn’t even get close to the stray eyebrow hairs, I’ve had to go in a pluck them out myself. The wax was way to hot, I had to cover my Lashes so the wax wouldn’t drip onto them. Have now had people tell me a day later that I have all these red marks around my forehead - now realised that my skin is burnt. Also horribly trimmed, one brow is cut jagged and the other isn’t. My brows no longer match & I am very upset.

I said I really just wanted a tidy up. Not too thin .. follow the shape. I might as well have said .. do whatever you want !! She also put wax through my hair and continued to rip the wax off and didn’t apologise!!needless to say she ripped half my eyebrow off !!!and proceeded to tell me my eyebrows are thinning on one side … they are NOW .. no thanks to YOU … I should have read the negative reviews better.

Destroyed my natural nails, blamed it on the previous person that did them… but she didn’t use cutters to peel off builder gel! My nails were split all over. 2. Took a chunk of my nail off, I literally have a hole in my nail down to the flesh! 3. The paint job speaks for itself. I really have nothing else to say. I think I’m more mad at myself for letting it happen?! But it’s not my job to tell them how to do nails either.

Kusum Vishwakarma My review is specifically for one staff who works here. I requested from SNS nails. She mishandled me and cut me multiple times that it was bleeding and when I requested here to be gentle, she had an attitude and also told me off. Instead of being gentle she started pulling my fingers and hands with more aggression. You shouldn’t have pay to get disrespected, mishandled and hurt. Poor customer service. I was a regular customer here and always the shop owner did my nails. But after this experience, I never want to go in here again. Money is hard to earn and it should bring you joy when you spend so much and trying to treat yourself.

L X Usually it’s Rose who done my nails which does an absolute amazing job, but this time I went in it was another lady, during the session she was attempting to cut my nails after applying the polish and did hurt me a few times. And by the end of the day not even before I head for my vocation (I requested shellac) some of the toes the color is already peeling off which never happened before!!!

Nila Vy Had one nail break off and the place I got them done told me they were too busy to fix their mistake. Many other places in the area turned me away because they could not repair from another salon which left me really upset being Christmas week and a few days before my over seas holiday. Rose got me in straight away and repaired the nail with no hesitation. I will definitely be back here.

Jessica Allen Just had my acrylic nails done by Rose. She was wonderful. Very professional, takes a lot of pride in her work and made sure that I was completely happy with the service before leaving. Will definitely be back.
