1 /5 Dani Batten: I ordered from the store 2 weeks ago now but never received any updates so Ive messaged on IG, sent emails and called the store to ask after no communication back (at first I left 3 messages without a call back and on the 4th try someone answered) I was told it was delayed which is fine but told Id get a tracking number in an email which was never received. Im really disappointed in their communication back despite continuing to try to get a simple tracking number to see whats going on with my order. Really poor customer service.

steve venour We moved into the area last year and discovering McAdam square and local shops like Little Cactus has been a game changer. I’m not one for shopping normally but Little Cactus is my go-to local for gifts. The staff are amazing at helping find the right present for each person - for my staff members at Christmas time and family members all the other times. Little Cactus staff are always friendly and helpful. Just before Mother’s Day this year there was a number of other Dads wandering around with their kids choosing something for their Mums - a great atmosphere. I appreciate how tough it is for small businesses at the moment and have no hesitation in recommending Little Cactus.
