1 /5 Koula B: The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner is arrogant, dismissive, and treats customers with zero respect. When I simply asked why their prices were higher than other jewellers, his response was “I don’t care” before snatching the gold away. That says everything about how little he values his customers.
They quoted me $156 per gram, slapped on a $28 making charge for a very basic item, then added 10% GST on top. No explanation, no transparency, just attitude. Compare that to Ounce Jewellery in Auburn or Taj Jewellery; where I was treated with honesty and respect, and where the staff actually value their customers. I paid $165 per gram at Ounce when the gold rate was $153, 3 days ago. But the difference is they explained everything clearly.
Here, questions are seen as an inconvenience, and the owner behaves as though he’s doing you a favour by taking your money. People spending thousands deserve answers, not arrogance. This business thrives on customers who don’t know better.
Unprofessional. Overpriced. Disrespectful. I regret walking into this shop and strongly advise others to stay away.
