Anastasia Smith On site jellewry repairs. Quality repairs & craftsmanship. Im not saying they are cheap..but their work is guaranteed . They also design/redesign & make individual pieces if u r in the market..friendly & professional staff..I spoke with Antoinnetta..2nd level near Apple store..

Jane Wainwright I have spent quite a lot getting a very sentimental piece fixed. The ladies who work here are all just delightful..helpful, professional and so caring. Sadly the same cannot be said for the male, whom I assume is the jeweller. Very disappointing.

Jo Taranto I dealt with this company a few years back. I sold some gold to Reece, with whom Id made an appointment to meet. He was helpful, explained the process, on time and completed the transaction in only about 20 minutes. I attempted to use the company again over the last week, but was told by a Paul, that Reece was no longer there. He told me he was busy and to call back in another week. I did that; but on calling the next week, I received a message that all staff were busy with clients. I rang again the following day at 5.30pm and Paul answered this time. He now tells me that he is the only person working there and they are not getting someone to fill the gap, for a staff member who is off indefinitely, So the first lie from the company is that staff are ALL busy, in their recorded message. He told me he is the only person there. He was in fact quite rude in telling me that I should just find somewhere else to go, as he wouldnt make an appointment. I think with some amazement; how an apparently busy organisation such as this, can be so poorly managed, as to have staff treat potential clients that way. He was not willing to commit to an appointment and had absolutely no idea how to treat clients with any degree of respect. When Reece was in that office, he showed people the respect that clients deserve. Paul needs quite a lot more training in that area, if indeed he has had any at all.

Hio Loi I had a very positive experience working with Reece. Throughout the entire process, he demonstrated not only a high level of professionalism but also a strong commitment to clear and honest communication. He took the time (Sunday evening) to explain every step thoroughly, making sure I understood the process and felt comfortable with my decision. What stood out the most was his transparency—nothing was hidden or rushed. He was always open to questions, patient in his responses, and willing to provide detailed explanations whenever needed. This made the entire experience smooth, reassuring, and trustworthy. Its rare to find someone who combines expertise with such humility and integrity. I appreciate the reliable, professional, and honest service provided!

Sam Lipkin I went in to buy a few things for myself and a friend, at first was overwhelmed with the amount of stock. But a lovely worker by the name of Ruby came to my rescue, she gave me a few ideas and recommendations and made my time in store stress free and speedy. Luis R I came here on Wednesday 18 more less at 12:30, I was looking for a birthday present and outside of the store there was one big announcement about 40% of discount in different pieces even more they say if you buy 2 you receive an additional 20% of discount, the jewelry has regular prices and behind with red the special 40% price, I try to bought 2 pieces and they charge me the regular prices, after I paid With my card and I realized. I told the lady that was a mistake with the charge and show the the prizes, after I said that she was so rude and say “people move the prices in the store every time we can’t control it I will give you a refund” I feel bad for the way she say it and just accept the refund, I was supposed to pay $285 and she try to charge me $400. Just outside of the store I checked the same jewelry online and in fact has the 40% discount, not sure why she has this kind of attitude if I just asked about it if they will not have discounts they shouldn’t have the announcements outside of the store.

My wife absolutely loved them and even said she wants to visit the store herself to pick out more! The designs are beautiful, thoughtful, and perfect for gifting. Rosanne Clancy I was turned down by many jewellery stores about restoring my bangle. I popped into Temelli the Jeweller at Southland on Tuesday. I was told that they will try their best. Today, two days later, I picked up my bangle. Their workmanship has exceeded my expectations.

Jesse I was after a gift for my partner. I walked in to the store and was greeted instantly! I looked around, I knew exactly what I wanted just had to find it. A young woman asked if I needed any help. She guided me to what I was after - unfortunately they didn’t have the style and colour in stock. The young woman who was a Christmas casual brought over her senior sales assistant and they both discussed with me different options from Choosing another style and colour in stock, to ordering the one I was after. Both of the women were very knowledgeable and friendly. They let me know how long delivery would be and I was on my way! Would definitely go back simply for the customer experience.

She was told that the bag will be repaired and they don’t do returns especially when the item is clearly faulty, they put it down to their policy.. not sure how a faulty product doesn’t qualify for a return? Based on other reviews below it seems to be a similar issue..
