1 /5 Luis R: I came here on Wednesday 18 more less at 12:30, I was looking for a birthday present and outside of the store there was one big announcement about 40% of discount in different pieces even more they say if you buy 2 you receive an additional 20% of discount, the jewelry has regular prices and behind with red the special 40% price, I try to bought 2 pieces and they charge me the regular prices, after I paid With my card and I realized. I told the lady that was a mistake with the charge and show the the prizes, after I said that she was so rude and say “people move the prices in the store every time we can’t control it I will give you a refund” I feel bad for the way she say it and just accept the refund, I was supposed to pay $285 and she try to charge me $400. Just outside of the store I checked the same jewelry online and in fact has the 40% discount, not sure why she has this kind of attitude if I just asked about it if they will not have discounts they shouldn’t have the announcements outside of the store.
