1 /5 nicole hunter: The rudest sales person I think I’ve ever encountered. I worked in retail for years and NEVER spoke to a customer the way Jordan did. She comes across disinterested in her job. If you dont want to be there then leave and find a more suitable job. We were enquiring about a product we had seen on the website that indicated it was sold out. She said it’s a product pandora never got and we’re not getting, however it was on the website. We were also looking to exchange a gift that was purchased in Sydney and she said as it was beyond the 30 days they couldn’t do anything as they are a franchise. Even though the Sydney store said we could. That’s fine but she was again so rude about it. After we left the store my 13 year old daughter said to me how rude she was how sad is that! We will not be returning to that store and will now only buy online.

5 /5 Gary Ford: Absolutely fantastic service. I cant believe the negative comments I am reading because our experience was so different. Weve come over from England for a holiday to see family and my daughters wanted to look in Pandora. The prices here are about half the price of the shops in the UK. Jordan was fantastic with the girls (14 & 10), couldnt help enough. Even put the new charms on for them, chatted and gave lots of advise. We went back a few weeks later as the girls wanted to spend some more there. Jordan recognised us straight away and was really helpful again. Even advised my eldest on some lost items because of something faulty . She was fantastic, great knowledge, friendly, and helpful . Even had her photo taken with the girls. Shes a credit to your store and company. These negative comments must be from people believing they could get something for nothing.

1 /5 Madison Humphries: I am so disappointed. This is not the first time I have been treated disrespectfully by the manager at this store but it was definitely the worst. She is awfully rude to customers and can not take accountability when she has done wrong. 1 star is unfortunately not low enough for the way I was treated today.

1 /5 Ben Smith 440: There should be a 0 star rating for this shop. I’d recommend people walk across broken glass & go to another store. Manager was rude & had no idea on being a manager.
