1 /5 Alana volo: I used to have my own trusted jeweller for over 10 years.They recently closed down, i was looking for a new trusted jeweller.While shopping in my local Shopping centre, came to this "Gold & Gems" shop with intention to change leather wrist strap on my favourite wrist watch my "Gucci".I have them for over 20 years.When i pick up the watch i did not check them, because i was trusted the person who was serving me.Also i was preoccupied with giving the gold ring for resizing to the same person.However when i came home and checked the watch immediately what shocked me was crushed black onyx crystal on the crown of the watch.Next day early morning i rushed back to the shop, where the different shop assistant after consulting the person who was assisting me before totally denied any wrong doing and was arguing with me in the shop about how good the company is and how great thee are. No assistance or compensation was offered. I left shop totally gutted.About 15 min. later i received a phone call from the person who was taking my order for replacement in the first place and asked me if i still want my ring to be resized by them. You can guess my answer.It was the first and last business i have with this company

They made me my beautiful ring and put in so much care and detail in it as if they were making it for themselves! love how much everyone goes above and beyond for their customers, its beautiful to see the passion!! His attention to detail during every phase of getting the ring was solid - whether it be during the initial discussion, working back and forth during the design phase and then ultimately the creating the ring. He was always open to design changes which made him super easy to work with and the end product has been amazing. Will be going back to Pranav for all future diamond needs, including the wedding band!
