Robert treated us like family not as customers, went above and beyond to make sure that I had a perfect ring to have my now fiancée’s finger shining bright. And obviously the engagement ring wasn’t enough so after we got engaged, we had to make a second stop to make sure we got our bands as well.

Cimone Rogers Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Amy, she was absolutely lovely. I came in knowing what I wanted, she wasn’t pushing me to get anything else (love when staff understand that) and was so kind to talk too. She packed up my safety chain nice a pretty for me even though it was going on the bracelet I was wearing, and we even spoke about what charms I will add to it in the future. She was so wonderful and when I go back I hope she is there so she can see my travel charms.
