I messaged this group via FB messenger last 2017 and this year but all my inquiries were ignored and they dont have the decency to just answer a simple yes or no, or we dont entertain inquiries. They just simply view your messages and ignore you. Wont recommend them to my carnival glass colleagues .

Bianca Ruleska Recently I came into the Prouds store looking for a bracelet. The lovely staff exceeded my expectations. The staff, specifically the young girl Bella and Helen were extremely helpful and friendly. Bella guided me through multiple styles until we found the one that I liked. She was extremely supportive and listened intently to my request. Helen pitched in to also recommend a few styles. The two were so lovely and warm in their customer service. Definitely the best customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend Prouds Point Cook!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
