1 /5 Jessica S: Safe to say I will not be purchasing from this particular PANDORA store ever again. From the moment I walked in, Christine had a pole shoved right up her you know what and treated me like absolute garbage. I instantly responded with the same attitude! Thankfully for her colleagues common sense, she honoured a return well within the company’s 2 year warranty but I sure as hell was not spending the voucher in store, along with another $300 gift voucher I received for my birthday. PANDORA, you really need to train your staff better in customer service, especially with a personality like this working for you.

1 /5 Monique Risoli: I bought a charm bracelet from here and it broke within a year. I went back to get it replaced yesterday and they gave me another broken one. disappointing.

She was professional, polite, showed genuine interest, presented knowledge with jewellery and the services available. Tentative and engaging, which made transaction of sale too easy. Such qualities are a rarity in customer service these days. Tahlia deserves 5 stars and more!

5 /5 Paulie Picks: My 5 star rating is based on the outstanding customer service I always receive from Carmel the store manager at the airport west store. She is so helpful, patient and really has a true passion for the industry. Her passion reflects through her work. I refuse to visit any other Pandora store as I only want to deal with Carmel. I never feel rushed with her, she takes her time and makes sure you have made a purchase that really suits you. I have a 3.5 year old toddler and Carmel is always so kind to her instead of getting frustrated when my daughter throws a tantrum! My daughter also asks if we can pay Carmel a visit when we are in the centre. Carmel is someone who I would employ if I had a business as she runs that store as her own!! I hope Pandora really look after Carmel as she is an absolute GEM!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2 /5 Sibel Gunz: 1 staff member on a sat before midday and wait time to be served was insane. I will never understand why pandora does this. Second time now with a different store having the same issue. Not really keen to wait 30 mins for my click and collect order.
