Jessica S Safe to say I will not be purchasing from this particular PANDORA store ever again. From the moment I walked in, Christine had a pole shoved right up her you know what and treated me like absolute garbage. I instantly responded with the same attitude! Thankfully for her colleagues common sense, she honoured a return well within the company’s 2 year warranty but I sure as hell was not spending the voucher in store, along with another $300 gift voucher I received for my birthday. PANDORA, you really need to train your staff better in customer service, especially with a personality like this working for you.

Monique Risoli I bought a charm bracelet from here and it broke within a year. I went back to get it replaced yesterday and they gave me another broken one. disappointing.

Romina Pettinato I must share the wonderful experience that I had today at the Airport West store. Jennifer, Pina and Kayla, you are all outstanding and went out of your way commencing from my initial phone call a couple of weeks ago till today when I came in to collect my daughters birthday gift. Such a great team providing very friendly and professional service. I could also see the other customers instore feeling the same as you all interacted with each other and each customer making us all feel very welcome. Service like this is hard to come by these days so a huge thank you is warranted for this store and its team. Ill definitely be returning here.

Daniel This store is completely dishonest. They make big promises and guarantees, but when it comes time to deliver, they suddenly claim there’s nothing they can do. Very misleading and unethical practices, feels borderline illegal. Be very careful before trusting them with your money.

Hakan Akbulut If I could give this store a zero I would give it in a heartbeat, dishonest staff members not clear with anything about warranty wise until you purchase something they are all lovely dovey. I had purchased a ring and within 1 week of not even wearing the ring properly the 9ct gold formed a bend on the band and also a diamond had fallen out. I took it back to the store and was told that the warranty only covers the stone which I wasnt advised that before buying the ring. Was told that the ring needs to go and get assessed finally got back to me and said I will be out of pocket because it wasnt a manufacturer fault. My experience with 9ct soild gold ring should not bend i have multiple 9ct rings that are 30 years old and do not have a single bend in them which I wear day to day and I havent even wore this ring at all totally heart broken with the staff members of Airports West do not advised to buy from this store and zamels at all!!

David Brisbane If you want poor customer service, be blatantly lied to your face in relation to product exchange then go here. Quality of product is disgraceful. If at Westfield I’d go to every other jeweller and leave if MH was the last one to visit.

M Just had the most horrendous “service” I was in the store browsing for a good half an hour. If I didn’t really need certain jewellery pieces I would’ve walked out. 2 young girls in store too busy socialising and talking about personal things. So unprofessional. They should be ashamed. This was at 2.40pm on 24th of July. I will be writing to management. Absolutely disgusting to be ignored when I was in the store for such a long time.

Muhammad Syed Had a photo of my receipt, I bought a gold chain the day prior at a different Prouds. The man serving said he would not accept a photo of a receipt, it stated the receipt number, item number and all relevant details. I had the jewelry with me and he still refused. I actually don’t think that’s legal to refuse a customer a return, refund or repair for something that broke within 1 day.

Diana Si Went into this store to exchange a size of a new engagement ring (in original Prouds box) bought for me which ended up too big to fit my ring finger or even middle finger when I was proposed to. Was told by the man serving me that my ring finger is too thin for anything they offer in womens adult size and if i wanted to change to the same ring in a smaller size that I would need the original hard receipt of purchase, which i myself did not physically have. I am a polite young lady and would even settle for the middle finger size (which they do have to offer). I am beyond frustrated i cannot change for a smaller size of the exact same ring and wear such a sentimental piece- my engagement ring. The man who served me had poor customer service skills in my opinion. I would rate my experience today below 0 if I could.
