5 /5 Sue Evans: Lovisa is an Australian brand with an incredible array of well designed unusual jewellery. I love the vibrancy of colours and designs the only other time ive seen jewellery like that s is in Mexico . I really enjoy it when i want fun additions to my wardrobe

1 /5 M: Just had the most horrendous “service” I was in the store browsing for a good half an hour. If I didn’t really need certain jewellery pieces I would’ve walked out. 2 young girls in store too busy socialising and talking about personal things. So unprofessional. They should be ashamed. This was at 2.40pm on 24th of July. I will be writing to management. Absolutely disgusting to be ignored when I was in the store for such a long time.

5 /5 Sia Hrup: I visited Lovisa on Wednesday, looking for some ideas to complete my Christmas shopping. Lyn was absolutely amazing, offering very affordable and great choices in what I wanted. Its been a very long time that Ive encountered such great customer service. Will be recommending this store!
