1 /5 K S: This company is the authorised repairer for Daniel Wellington watches. They will not provide a quote for replacing a watch face unless the item is sent in, at a cost of approx $25-$30 for two-way shipping to and from their warehouse. At 10% the cost of a Daniel Wellington watch for shipping alone, that’s pretty shocking customer service given the high potential the customer may find that the cost of repair is more than it’s worth on what is already a terrible quality watch. I’ve gone back and forth with Jonathan’s assistants asking for a simple quote assuming nothing more is required than glass replacement and they refuse to provide one unless I pay to ship the watch to them and subsequently pay $16 freight + GST to get it back… Nevermind them even thinking to provide an estimation on timelines. Considering they use the same terrible quality glass as the original glass on Daniel Wellington watches (which broke 3 weeks into ownership after the world’s smallest and gentlest drop off a bedside table), it’s not worth the risk. Their customer service team is out of touch, thinking that in 2025, people don’t want an estimate of repair costs before forking over $25-$30 in shipping. Ew.
