5 /5 Jon Midwinter: As a non piercings guy dad I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. The level of care and professionalism shown by Nyx at the tuggerah store (13 Sept) was exceptional and I was highly impressed. I had no idea there was so much thought behind getting piercings.

5 /5 eye: got my eyebrow piercing done by glass! i will admit i was very nervous but glass’s service was really reassuring! not at all overstimulating but very quiet and gentle. definitely coming back in the future xx

1 /5 Seeu Later: Been twice and ended up walking out twice. First time had some questions about a new ear cartilage piercing. The person was quite dismissive and abrupt. I was the only one in the store, maybe i am not quite young enough or cool enough - certainly the vibes they were distributing while scrolling their phone. Then after reading some great reviews about the piercing service and results I booked an appointment (hoping it would be someone that didnt judge their customers). Well, they didnt judge me, just ignored me. Their calendar clearly shows the appointments to expect, but apparently it was far more important to spend one on one time with the only other customer in there selecting a single piece of jewellery. Not even an acknowledgement. Tried to get their attention and was told they would be with me once they had finished. 15 minutes later and 5 minutes after my appointment time, I walked out. 2 out of 2 is bad - will not be back. Actually ended up at Lovisa in Macquarie Park who did a wonderful job - both times!!! Highly recommend them! Skin Kandy - Please dont send me your canned response and request I complete yet another form...I wont be spending any more time on this.

5 /5 Alexia IMBRIOTIS: Came in to get a vertical helix and industrial, and was greeted by the wonderful staff immediately! Felix did an amazing job in creating a comfortable and professional environment, and the piercings look so good!! I’ll for sure be coming back to them for my future piercings :)

1 /5 sleepy: walked in to get a piercing done with my mate, a dismissive and rude lady told me that i have to make an appointment. i made one for “10 to 5” and i showed up at 4:50. i waited around 10 min before she came outside and told me that my appointment was for 4:40 and that i had missed my window. both my mate and i are 100% positive she said 10 to 5. not only did she refuse to help me, she was very rude throughout the whole interaction, will be going somewhere else.
