1 /5 Uyen Phuong: I received at your Epping Plaza store regarding a recent purchase. On the 3rd of January 2025, I bought a watch from your store and had it placed in the box before leaving. However, when I returned two days later to exchange it, I was told by a staff member, an older lady, that the watch could not be exchanged because I had allegedly worn it on the day of purchase. This claim is entirely false.
The watch remained in the box from the time of purchase until I returned to the store. I find it extremely disappointing and unprofessional that your staff would make such an unfounded accusation rather than addressing my request respectfully and in line with your exchange policy.
As a customer, I expect honesty, fairness, and professionalism from your staff. This experience has not only been frustrating but has also shaken my trust in Prouds Jewellers.
I kindly request that you investigate this incident, clarify your exchange policy, and take appropriate action to resolve this matter. I would also appreciate a written response detailing the steps being taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
