RainBowFlowerPower I’ve shopped the Epping location once before and had a similar issue (but was able to eventually get serviced). I was after a ring and found one I would have liked to purchase, but after about twenty minutes just waiting (plus an extra say.. 5 just browsing before settling on that specific ring) I could not get anyone to come over and help me. An older lady and a younger lady employee were looking at something together behind the register, and there was a third standing behind one of the counters who I caught the eye of, but even after that she didn’t come over to help me or inform her colleagues that a customer needed attention. All while patiently waiting a few customers came in after me who were very quickly serviced and attended to, I noticed everyone who was served quickly (both times I visited) were more senior, and it seems the young adult customers are openly ignored. I can’t imagine this is policy though it genuinely felt like it was and I was left feeling quite unimpressed and smidge judged. 2 stars because of my previous visit where I was actual eventually able to purchase a bracelet (though the same strange attitude to leaving us til last was also experienced), and it has held up nicely for being of pearl.

Ganesh Bhusal Absolute embarrassing, disgusting and rude customer service by the guy(staff) name Marcus. Just get rid of that guy. Pathetic staff of the business.
