Marisol Calvert Wonderful team here and very versatile, by this I mean taking me in at late notice, working around my kids and being an absolute pleasure to speak with. My hair was overdue and very unbalanced with lots of regrowth. It was a big job!

Linda Edwards The lady who did my piercings was lovely and did a good job but the cost of the piercing was significantly more than the website says and very high generally speaking. The jewellery was a very limited selection and not good quality, I had to change it out for better quality as my body was not healing well with the supplied Jewellery which just makes the price I paid worse. Wouldn’t recommend getting piercings here.

Brittany Myatt WARNING DO NOT GET WAXING DONE HERE ! No technique at all for application of wax in sensitive areas ! During the wax I repeatedly told her to be gentle and she laughed and smiled and said okay but no difference. I walk out bleeding and with marks and burns and have had swollen lymph nodes that needed to be treated with antibiotics. I have reported this salon also

izabella balaj Zaynab took very good care of me, you can tell she has passion for beauty and knows what she is doing. Most of all she was very careful and gentle with me. I am very sensitive to threading and waxing but she made me feel as comfortable as possible and pain was very tolerant because she looked after me. Thank you!

Karen Clarke Was told about this salon by a friend. Flora assessed my hair style and colour in a friendly manner. She was excellent in so many ways. I walked away feelng fabulous and an getting lots of compliments. Great price.

Mikki Numa Edit: the thumb broke off after three days. Edit: not even a week later, the colours are peeling off. Waited 20 min, told to come back, waited another 15 min before she started my nail. The nail lady I had first was lovely, did a nice shape. Second lady that painted them, did a pink colour base when I asked for clear. She was then annoyed and really rough when I asked her to change it to clear. She filed my pinky skin to the point it was almost bleeding and was digging her nails into my fingers. The nails look dull and the shellac is not dried properly. The third girl to do my nails top coat was lovely and gently and the finally girl to do them was also lovely. It appears clean but they dont change out the acrylic liquid between customers so Im assuming its not really that clean. When I went to pay, I asked if she was sure of the price since I think $55 for a refill is a lot and the young girl mocked me as if I cant hear her and got the lady who was rough with me to explain the price. Overall if you have 3hours of nothing to do and want meh quality nails, go here.

Me Just “Never New” Have been getting eyelash extensions elsewhere for a few years as my natural lashes are small and sparse. My usual place does a fabulous job. Only went here spare of the moment as I was at Karingal. What a mistake. First the two women where discussing me in their own language. Obvious as they kept looking at me out of the corner of their eye. Instead of removing the old ones correctly or just leaving them there like my usual consultant does, the woman pulled them out with tweezers. The lashes they used were extra thick and felt like plastic. Close to the skin so I felt stabbing in my eyelids when I closed my eyes. The glue stung so bad. My eyes were red raw and so itchy. It was a quick job, gave me the idea all was not well. The next day my eyes were swollen and weeping yellow gunk. I went to the doctors and had to get drops and antibiotics. I got them removed a few days later by a proper consultant. The infection caused a lot of my natural lashes to fall out and have taken weeks to grow back. I called and demanded a refund and told her why. She swears they are silk lashes. The consultant said they definitely were not. She also said the girl doing the lashes had years of experience. Doing what I don’t know but I doubt it’s applying lashes. All in all a painful and expensive lesson. Save yourself the pain and stress and read reviews of others first. Go with the ones with great reviews. I’ll only use my usual Rosa Frankston from now.

Tamara Graham I have just spent a good 40 minutes trying to problem solve with my best friend who had her left eyebrow absolutely obliterated by this business. She is missing 1/3 of her eyebrow that was just straight ripped out and this woman had the absolute audacity to look her in the eyes afterwards. Do not go here unless you want to look like weird Barbie for the several months that it takes to regrow one’s eyebrow.

Gemma Ferdinands I took my 8 y/o daughter to Essential Beauty in Frankston today, where we had a really wonderful experience. We had previously attempted to get her ears pierced at a different salon, which was unsuccessful due to my daughters severe anxiety. Today, Molly was so calming, patient and reassuring with her. She spent a lot of time talking to her about everything she was doing and did everything she could to make my daughter comfortable. We had a successful session and left with 2 pierced ears and a very happy and proud girl. Thank you for your great service.

Kaitlyn Dolan Please do not go to this place for nails they are so so bad. They rush everyone so they get people in quicker I have never had my nails done so quick in all my time of having nails. My nails are wonky and the French tips are also wonky.

Nellie Wilmot Really disappointing experience. If I could give no stars I would. I had a manicure and pedicure. The lady worked so fast she barely touched my finger nails with the tools. She proceeded to accept more and more people in, when there obviously wasn’t enough staff to cater for us all. This meant that she further cut corners with my pedicure. See image of the paint job - it’s uneven and there’s paint on my skin which will probably cause the polish to peel off. $85 down the drain! Most concerning thing is, the same tools are used for every customer without sterilising in between! Low level quality and customer service. Don’t waste your time or money.

Holly Weirdest nail experience of my life, had to ask the lady to put a star in the middle of my nail only for her to huff and not actually put it in the middle. While my nails were curing she went on TIKTOK??? I had to wait for a minute while she finished showing another worker a video so she could put some oil on my cuticles. Then while I’m washing my hands they put someone in my seat while all of my things were still there so I had to awkwardly walk over and take my shopping bags and phone away. I was charged 50$ for plain polish and some stars on (VERY) sloppily shaped nails but I just wanted to leave. What a disappointment?

Katie Ayrton I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the result of my Pedicure. In fact a week later my Pedicure still looks lovely and I am very happy with the result My only slight disappointment was that I arrived at almost the exact time as another customer, we sat next to each other. I could tell that the young technician she had was somewhat gentler and more engaged with the task. However my lady, though less enthusiastic, produced a great result.
