1 /5 Me Just “Never New”: Have been getting eyelash extensions elsewhere for a few years as my natural lashes are small and sparse. My usual place does a fabulous job. Only went here spare of the moment as I was at Karingal. What a mistake. First the two women where discussing me in their own language. Obvious as they kept looking at me out of the corner of their eye. Instead of removing the old ones correctly or just leaving them there like my usual consultant does, the woman pulled them out with tweezers. The lashes they used were extra thick and felt like plastic. Close to the skin so I felt stabbing in my eyelids when I closed my eyes. The glue stung so bad. My eyes were red raw and so itchy. It was a quick job, gave me the idea all was not well. The next day my eyes were swollen and weeping yellow gunk. I went to the doctors and had to get drops and antibiotics. I got them removed a few days later by a proper consultant. The infection caused a lot of my natural lashes to fall out and have taken weeks to grow back. I called and demanded a refund and told her why. She swears they are silk lashes. The consultant said they definitely were not. She also said the girl doing the lashes had years of experience. Doing what I don’t know but I doubt it’s applying lashes. All in all a painful and expensive lesson. Save yourself the pain and stress and read reviews of others first. Go with the ones with great reviews. I’ll only use my usual Rosa Frankston from now.

5 /5 Anna O: These ladies are amazing. Truly go out of their way to accommodate and look after you. Very good at what they do. Had eyelash extensions. Look amazing, unfortunately I was allergic to the glue. They more than looked after me, soaking off at no cost, and giving me a $20 voucher. Highly recommend.

5 /5 olia borzyak: Disagree with the below reviews. I thought these girls were very friendly, professional and they actually understood what I wanted! At other salons I would say i want subtle eyelash extensions and they make me look like a drag queen, whereas here i got it done perfectly. Also the girl who did my lashes was very gentle (no ripping or pulling) and the whole thing took under 40 minutes! Its been 5 days and i still havent had a single lash fall out. I highly recommend.

1 /5 Casey Withers: Do Not Go Here!!!! I could not have had a worse experience! I went to get my eyelashes done (2nd time ever) at this place, the owner acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking if I could get my lashes done. I got told rudely to wait until she called me to come back so I stayed in the centre. I got a call a while later and went back to get my lashes done, one lady EVENTUALLY started on my eyelashes. First of all the eye pads were placed incorrectly and were digging into my actual eyeballs! Secondly she left me multiple times when she had barely stared my eyelashes and did multiple walk in customers eyebrows then came back and touched my eye to continue. Thirdly, pulling out my eyelashes due to mistakes and attaching multiple fake lashes to one strand of my natural lash ( barely have any eyelashes left now ), oh and getting glue in my eyes but then being made to feel anxious and embarrassed when my eyes start watering due to pain and having had already sat there for going on 2 hours. Fourthly, the fact that 2 people were switching in and out doing my eyelashes. The owner tried to claim she did the lashes when she wasn’t the lady who started them. I opened my eyes to them being bloodshot red and watery. Her assuring me it’s cause I had my eyes closed so long. I paid for the lashes and went home. I discovered when arriving home my eyeball had extreme bloodshot redness and purple bruising under my lower lash line from the eye pads, my under eyes were dark and yellow and so painful to even blink. It felt like I’d been punch hard in one eye and really hard in the other. I went to the doctor and he confirmed my eye had been damaged, me then having to pay for treatments. I went back the next day to politely ask for a refund so I could cover costs of my treatments. All I got in return is the owner saying “what do you want me to do when you used my time and products” she could visibly see my injury and just kept saying “but your lashes look nice” on repeat. She then said she would not give me a refund unless I went back to the doctor and got medical information or let her take them off. I will never let these people touch my eye ever again so she could forget that! Also the damage done to my eye required me to leave my eyes alone! She gave me a run around in hopes I wouldn’t come back. She was nasty and rude. Caring more about her time than the well-being of her customers. The next day I provided evidence that still wasn’t to her satisfaction. I then asked for her refund policy which she couldn’t provide to me even though she says “no refunds” and she also was unable to provide me any of her or her staff members qualifications. She then provided me a refund and told me to go away because she didn’t want her customers to hear HA HA HA! So risk it if you dare.
