1 /5 Charlyne Manshanden: I recently visited Organica in Frankston and had an incredibly disappointing experience. I opted for SNS, which I regularly get done, but upon returning home, I noticed that one of the tips was already coming off and several nails had begun to crack. Considering I had driven from Frankston to the city in that short amount of time, I was quite shocked by the poor quality.
I called the salon to explain the situation, mentioning that I dont live in Frankston and was only passing through. The response I received was disheartening. They claimed that it was typical for SNS to have these issues, which is absurd given my years of experience with SNS—this has never happened within 24 hours before. Despite explaining that I could not return to Frankston, the only solution they offered was to come back to the salon that day to have my nails fixed. I work full time and unable to leave work early to travel to Frankston during the week isnt an option.
I suggested alternatives, such as a voucher or another compensation, but the person on the phone was unempathetic and unhelpful, repeatedly making me feel unheard. They insisted on the in-person fix, ignoring the fact that I don’t live nearby. The lack of customer service and understanding was mind blowing, I even had to ask several times if they were still on the phone, and to state that these issues are normal for SNS is ridiculous. If thats truly the case, then they shouldnt offer the service at all.
Ive attached images of my nails, taken just 4.5 hours after the service. While the salon may look appealing from the outside, I strongly recommend thinking twice before getting your nails done here, especially SNS. Im sure there are plenty of other nail salons in the area that offer better service and quality!
