1 /5 Talia Schipano: Hi, I went to this store to get a pair of white gold earrings for my 18th birthday the lady who served me said that the backings can go loose over time after we already paid and recommend going some place else to buy the silicone backings. I went home later that afternoon and as I went to put on the earrings I found that one of the backings was extremely loose. I went back to exchange/refund them and was denied. I went back the following week to try again, I did end up getting them exchanged and it’s now been 2 weeks and I went to clean them and I realised I am missing a backing. Moral of the story don’t buy the earrings unless you want your money to go down the drain.

1 /5 Christina Pappas: Manager was incredibly rude whilst trying to get a refund on earrings that were purchased less than 24 hours prior. Whoever this women is she needs to get a grip xx

5 /5 Kuldeep Kaur: Love Bevilles Epping is the greatest jewellery store. Besides the lovely jewellery and watches, the staff is the friendliest and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Channel for being so helpful.

1 /5 Z V: Popped into this store to buy one small item and when the initial item I asked to look at didnt suit, the sales girl went back to the centre of the store with the the other sales girls to have a chat. There was no attempt made to see if anything else might be suitable. That should have been my cue to leave... I continued to wander the store trying to find something more suitable. When something did catch my eye and I turned to find a salesperson, I noticed that ALL FOUR staff members were having a chit chat at the counter in the middle of the store. Now, Ive done retail and it can be a tough gig, but honestly if you are wanting to chat you should at least try to be discreet, and brief. These girls were not discreet at all - and I was not the only customer in the store. There were at least three other groups of shoppers browsing. None of whom were getting what most would consider to be reasonable service. You could have been excused for thinking it was nearly closing time and that the girls were done for the day, but this was a few hours before closing! Against my better judgement, I purchased the item I was looking at, yet the attitude of the girl that was "serving" at the counter was so dismissive and disinterested that I felt that my purchasing was a burden to her. The whole interaction from start to finish was uncomfortable at best. Bevilles, I dont know if a store manager was present today, but if they were, they werent doing your business any favours. Each team member that was on today was more interested in having a gossip at the counter, as opposed to attending to customers and trying to meet targets. I purchased today (as I have done in the past), but Im afraid that this experience was incredibly disappointing and Im loath to consider returning to this store.

2 /5 Daniel: Disappointing. . . . Purchased a Tommy Hilfiger Tyson (I believe) watch - probably not their biggest sale of the day being it was Valentines day. Watch was boxed with absolutely no info on how to get it going (do I need to purchase a battery as well? Is there a trick to actually getting the watch to start?). Will now probably have to fork out extra $$ to take the watch somewhere to work out how to actually get the thing going. *Update* Went back to the shop and presented watch to sales staff. Was offered refund, or possible repair. Watch was taken to local Mr Minute (or similar) Luckily it was only a battery. Beats me how a watch was sold with a dead battery to start with. One star added to my original review due to the effort made. Still, 2 & half hours out of my day . . .
