Ella Johnston Crap customer service. Sold me a watch with scratches on it and dirty ! Customer service is extremely low across the board. I have purchased a couple of items across different occasions, but the level of rudeness and entitlement is a disgrace. Products are poor quality I’d never purchase here again. I will be requesting a refund.

Georgia Gorringe I have always received excellent service from the team at the Zamels store in Fountain Gate. They are so helpful and kind, and today was no exception. They helped me find the perfect piece, and even gave extra options for the broken chain I brought in that had been deemed "faulty and unrepairable" by other jewellers I always leave their store feeling happy, heard, and with a beautiful piece of jewellery.

Aarati shrestha We went to buy a watch today in this store, it was around closing time. When we entered the store, the staffs were making us feel rushed and when we asked to look for 2 watches to compare, 1 of the staffs questioned “ are you looking to purchase?” We definitely did go there with the view to purchase and we ended up getting a watch from there too but we weren’t happy with the way the staff questioned us because they were rushing to close. We are very unhappy with our experience and the customer service is very poor in this store.

I had a lot of transactions to make, as well as having some beautiful ruby earings made. (Only one in the photo as I was in the process of putting them on). Id recommend checking out their fascinating and extensive collection of books for sale, as well as their range of tumbled and non-tumbled crystals. Id also check the clearance table, as you can find some bargains there Id recommend joining their members club if you want to be notified on any sales. I got some amazing deals during their last crystal sale. If you consider yourself a spiritual person, then you should visit Karma Living the next time you go to Fountaingate.

I came in knowing what I wanted, she wasn’t pushing me to get anything else (love when staff understand that) and was so kind to talk too. She packed up my safety chain nice a pretty for me even though it was going on the bracelet I was wearing, and we even spoke about what charms I will add to it in the future. She was so wonderful and when I go back I hope she is there so she can see my travel charms.

dawsyed A big shout out to Jamilla who helped us find a bangel for my wife’s retired managers present. She was by herself until she said something to the I’m guessing lazy manager sitting out the back doing nothing. The manager took a little while to come out while several customers were waiting. I have worked in retail for over 20 years and No one should be left on the shop floor by themselves especially in Pandora.

masih M Went there to get the watch which I purchased from them adjusted, they telling me they’re not confident and that I should come back the next day, 3 full grown adults and none of them know how to adjust the watch they sell, they were just standing there doing nothing. That was probably the most embarrassing experience I’ve ever had. Went to Bevilles and the team there adjusted the watch within 5 minutes and all 3 of them knew how to do it. Micheal hill needs to reevaluate their choices in who they hire.
