1 /5 Tracey Thorne: I went to the Fountain Gate store today where I encountered the worst of the worst customer service. I walked in and found a beautiful diamond ring and keeping in mind buying jewellery is an emotive experience, the youngish girl couldnt have cared less. I told her that Id like to pay using a buy now pay later service that they offered. She then spent the next hour trying to work out how to log into the system on their computer and then tried another buy now pay later service...still no luck. All the while another customer service lady was cleaning black greasy dirt out of the window sliding areas of the display cases which was quite off-putting. I asked the young girl serving me if she could call her manager and she said she did. I told her Id come back as she clearly couldnt get this payment system to work. I then went to a competitor downstairs, found a prettier ring at an even better price, a lovely saleslady who couldnt have been more helpful and cheerful who managed to process my order with my buy now pay later payment with no problems at all and I walked away so happy. He Goldmark, train your employees properly and get them to smile once in a while. Never again will i bother with these clowns.
