1 /5 Aarati shrestha: We went to buy a watch today in this store, it was around closing time. When we entered the store, the staffs were making us feel rushed and when we asked to look for 2 watches to compare, 1 of the staffs questioned “ are you looking to purchase?” We definitely did go there with the view to purchase and we ended up getting a watch from there too but we weren’t happy with the way the staff questioned us because they were rushing to close. We are very unhappy with our experience and the customer service is very poor in this store.

1 /5 Zoe More: Went to get a ring resized after a custom order. I had never bought a ring before so I trusted the staff that the size was correct. When I received the ring it was too big for my finger and so I returned to the store to ask for a resizing and was told that because I had already signed for that size it was my fault. No prior ring experience and trusted the staff. Horrible customer service, the manager did not know how to handle customers, do not recommend this store.

1 /5 Tracey Thorne: I went to the Fountain Gate store today where I encountered the worst of the worst customer service. I walked in and found a beautiful diamond ring and keeping in mind buying jewellery is an emotive experience, the youngish girl couldnt have cared less. I told her that Id like to pay using a buy now pay later service that they offered. She then spent the next hour trying to work out how to log into the system on their computer and then tried another buy now pay later service...still no luck. All the while another customer service lady was cleaning black greasy dirt out of the window sliding areas of the display cases which was quite off-putting. I asked the young girl serving me if she could call her manager and she said she did. I told her Id come back as she clearly couldnt get this payment system to work. I then went to a competitor downstairs, found a prettier ring at an even better price, a lovely saleslady who couldnt have been more helpful and cheerful who managed to process my order with my buy now pay later payment with no problems at all and I walked away so happy. He Goldmark, train your employees properly and get them to smile once in a while. Never again will i bother with these clowns.

1 /5 Amy Sia: I left my ring to get resized with this business for it to come back completely damaged. They have denied that it was their fault and told me that the ring looked like that before! The assistant manager was nice however when she contacted head office they said there was nothing they could do beside foot the bill for the resizing. I have never received such bad customer service ever and will never be returning to this business.
