1 /5 Jia Lees-Smith: I purchased the Liz earrings for my wedding in December 2018 and was extremely disappointed with the purchase. The earrings did not match the image on the website. The stones used were purple and when placed next to my dress and other swarovski earrings the colour differentiation was very obvious (refer to photos). Given the price point I assumed the stones would be a high quality but they obviously were not. In the description they state the use of swarovski and CZ stones but next to my House of Emmanuel earrings which are all swarovski, the Liz stones are clearly purple and not clear/white so I am confused which part of the earrings are swarovski. I looked at many earrings and note that those which are only CZ are a third of the price of what Stephanie Browne charges. I contacted Stephanie after 6 weeks of no reply to my email and her response was to offer me an exchange in good faith. Given these items do not match what was advertised I insisted on a refund. Stephanie failed to offer an apology for the fact these earrings are grossly different to what is advertised or acknowledgement of my concerns and stress considering they were purchased for such a personally important event - my wedding. I expected much better customer service given this is an Australian based company. I purchased alternative earrings for my wedding and in light of this experience I would never purchase from Stephanie Browne again.

5 /5 Pips Splatt: I couldnt be more thrilled with my Poppy headband from Stephanie. Browne! I knew from the moment it arrived it was something truly special - delicate, romantic and beautifully crafted, its exactly what I had imagined (and more!) for my 50th birthday celebration this November. I cant wait to wear the Poppy headband on the day (with matching clip on earrings that Stephanie was so thoughtfully helpful with) - it feels like the perfect finishing touch to mark such a special occasion. Thank you Stephanie, for creating something so exquisite and making the lead-up to my birthday feel extra special. Highly recommend.

Her shop is a fashionistas dream filled with gorgeous Australian made jewelry (made by Stephanie herself), coats and bags! Everything you could ever desire for your next black tie, races, wedding events. It also felt great to support local.
