5 /5 Charlotte Lam: Just had my engagement ring & wedding bands re-sized at St Germain and the service was fantastic! I initially wanted to only size down 1/2 a size but they gave me some great advice, got me to try on the different sized bands and advised to go a whole size down which is perfect! I dropped my rings on Wednesday morning and I got a text on Saturday afternoon to say re-sizing was done which I thought was really excellent service! Friendly and professional too.

I went to lots of other jewellers and couldnt find what I wanted, yet here I found the most amazing ring and theyre changing it to suit what I wanted. I have brought several pieces that i am very happy with. I am having a ring designed for my daughters birthday, they were able to do this within my budget and were happy for me to layby and pay the ring off, not many jewellers will allow this unless you are spending a very large sum of money. I will be back and will certainly buy again, every time i walk in i see something else i love.
