They are always very willing to help, the quality of the repairs is outstanding, repair times are very quick and customer service is always on point and polite. I have always had a magnificent experience here. Today I picked up my gold bracelet which was given to me from my mom and it broke suddenly, I did not mind driving all the way to the city because I just don’t trust anyone else with my jewellery. If you are looking for a trust worthy place to fix your beloved gems I highly recommend this place. Thank you once again

From the beginning she was so professional and could see she cared also about the sentimental jewelry I had brought to be fixed! I had brought an engagement ring that had been bent out of shape, prongs broken and the beautiful stone smashed! Julie spoke with us on how best to fix the ring. We were unsure of the name of the stone as it needed replaced, Julie was amazing and so knowledgeable and sourced a new stone pretty much identical to the original! What was left of the broken stone, she helped to advise us on where to go and how to make the stone into new jewelry for the kids as a keep sake! The ring looks brand new! We are so happy and grateful for the services provided by Julie! She also kept in contact throughout to make sure we were happy with the progress and give updates! Very reasonably priced also for the amazing work she did! Thank you so much! We would 100% recommend Julie and her team for any jewelry inquiries or fixes! Julie was great to deal with. The shop is also right in the middle of Melbourne CBD, in Capitol Arcade in Swanston St, so very easy to access.
