1 /5 masih M: Went there to get the watch which I purchased from them adjusted, they telling me they’re not confident and that I should come back the next day, 3 full grown adults and none of them know how to adjust the watch they sell, they were just standing there doing nothing. That was probably the most embarrassing experience I’ve ever had. Went to Bevilles and the team there adjusted the watch within 5 minutes and all 3 of them knew how to do it. Micheal hill needs to reevaluate their choices in who they hire.

3 /5 Tiffany French: I love my two rings, but I wish I didnt have to deal with the staff and the confusion at Fountain Gate. I drove nearly two hours to collect my rings (they are the closest store to me). They had the doors shut for stock take, which was not posted on their website or Facebook page. I tried to poke my head in to see if someone could help me, as all I needed was to pick up my rings, no payments were needed. They didnt even come over to talk to me, they just yelled something through the closed door. Because I have a lifetime care package on my wedding rings, I need to go to Michael Hill every six months to complete the required check-ups, there is little consistency in their procedures or customer care. I get told something different about the care plan every time. It is very confusing.
