5 /5 Daisy Werac: Thanks to the team here – I had a gold ring resized (all good) and a pair of gold Euro balls (that I‘ve had for over 20 years) repaired but they snapped again, a few days after the repair and I lost the ball. They had warned me that the earring would be more fragile. When I went in to see what could be done - they gave me the full cost of the repair to put towards the purchase of another pair of earrings. 2 /5 Laura Bee: I had a disappointing experience here. I received inconsistent advice on how the re-sizing (made smaller) of my precious Sapphire engagement ring would be done, which lead to confusion after the work was done. Also after their work, the band was thinner in some areas, the engraving on the inside of the ring was gone, some diamonds had come loose and a claw had risen. When I questioned the above, I was met with rude and defensive responses, no explanation or advice and refusal to complete other work. I was not rude or aggressive yet I was met with this uncomfortable behaviour. I don’t recommend coming here. There are other local jewellers who are professional & friendly, give great and clear advice, look after your jewellery and do a fantastic job.

5 /5 Anna Metcher: I want to thank all the beautiful staff at Ian Pattison Jewellers for your care, compassion and generosity you showed to myself and my daughter when we visited the shop last week. We were trying to find a particular piece of jewellery for my daughter and on that day we were both in the realms of grief. Your staff made us feel safe, supported and cared for on a very emotionally hard day. Your kindness and support will never be forgotten. I can not recommend Ian Pattison more highly. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.
