5 /5 Cimone Rogers: Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Amy, she was absolutely lovely. I came in knowing what I wanted, she wasn’t pushing me to get anything else (love when staff understand that) and was so kind to talk too. She packed up my safety chain nice a pretty for me even though it was going on the bracelet I was wearing, and we even spoke about what charms I will add to it in the future. She was so wonderful and when I go back I hope she is there so she can see my travel charms.

5 /5 dawsyed: A big shout out to Jamilla who helped us find a bangel for my wife’s retired managers present. She was by herself until she said something to the I’m guessing lazy manager sitting out the back doing nothing. The manager took a little while to come out while several customers were waiting. I have worked in retail for over 20 years and No one should be left on the shop floor by themselves especially in Pandora.

5 /5 Pauline Jones: Rang the store at 9:10am on a Saturday morning. Spoke with Eve and explained what I had seen online and if they had it in stock. Eve explained the process of keeping things aside and time frame before item would be place back into stock. I arrived at the store when it was very busy. Without knowing who I was Eve apologised and assured me someone would be with me shortly. When Eve was free she again apologised for the wait. I explained who I was and she knew straight away who I was. Eve was full of knowledge on the products and made sure I understood return policies. When I went to pay Eve noticed that notifications had been turned of and explained the advantages of having it on. Eve quickly changed it for me. The whole experience was extremely pleasant and I left feeling confident with my purchases. Thank you Eve.

Linh went above and beyond in customer service, taking the time to listen to our concerns and researching what she could to help us find a solution. Amazing outcome and we are so very thankful for all your help. Also, thanks for making it so easy for us to split the bill for my daughter’s birthday purchases. Perfect & seamless interaction.
