Kartik Singh Eddie and his brothers were exceptional during this entire process. My BIL had used them to get his engagement ring 7 years ago and now me. Eddie was incredibly patient with me as I knew nothing about rings, and he took hours to sit with me and discuss options, designs and the pros and cons of different choices etc. The ring was absolutely beautiful and my fiancé couldn’t be happier, or imagine herself wearing anything else. Would highly recommend Torres if you are looking for an engagement right - they are just great guys, truly care about their customers and making sure they get it right, and ensure that you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Pimmmyful Plenty of jewelry shops in Sydney, but none compare to the exceptiona l customer service at this one! The designsre truly stunning and the quality is top-notch. What really stands out is how they treat their customers even after the sale. I accidentally damaged some of my jewelry with chemicals, and they handled everything so compassionately. They took wonderful care of my pieces, and they came back beautiful and shiny as the day I first bought them! I’m so grateful for their support!
