They were incredibly helpful and had the issue sorted without any fuss. They made the necessary adjustment, and now it fits perfectly. Overall, both the product and the service were excellent. R KING My experience with Natalie has been immaculate. My partner designed the ring with her, and I later went in to meet her for a proper fitting. As you can see from the photos, the final product is show-stopping. That is very much a result of her extreme attention to detail, straight forward design process and skill as an artist.
