The information he gave us and assistance with designing our rings was incredible. He basically came to our house with a jewellery store of different rings for us to try on in the comfort of our own home. Plus it was such a quick turnaround. We didnt choose our design until the weeks leading up to our wedding and they were able to get it done with no problems at all.
