Her suggestions about the diamond cut, setting style, and metal choices were invaluable, and it was clear she truly cares about creating a piece that’s both beautiful and lasting. Alex Stewart I had a Filippo Loreti watch that was water damaged. I’d been into Watches of Switzerland who said they’d need 6 weeks to be able to tell me whether or not they could attempt to fix it. I went into Crown Jewellers after this and spoke to a very nice gentleman there who said he had the replacement movement in stock and would be able to have it fixed in 3 working days. It was ready when promised and back fully functional at a reasonable price. Great service thank you
