Karen VS A really great beginner jewellery making class, highly recommend. Sarah was very accommodating providing us with choices of location. We selected Philip Island because we were a group with international visitors and were visiting for penguin parade. Sarah has a kind and calm presence and was flexible with timing and totally fine when we were running late on the drive down. The class was fun and very easy to pick up as beginners. She helped make sure we could all make what we wanted and adjusted tools and techniques to ensure success. We were all incredibly happy with the rings we made and she also provided step by step instructions in a pdf after to help us remember the full process. Incredibly enjoyable and great class. 10/10!

s ss Zero customer service! When a watch band is already purchased and the customer walks in and asks if they can replace the broken band with the new one, what kind of store refuses to do so if the band or the watch is not purchased from them. I was willing to pay for the service, of course, but I guess these ladies are too busy doing nothing but stand around. I suppose bad customer service is company policy.

alex coulton As you can see, my custom wedding and engagement rings are just beautiful. I cannot recommend Luke more! Luke had listened to all of my requests and executed them perfectly. For my wedding band, I brought in my late grandmother’s stunning but dated eternity ring which holds a lot of sentimental value. As you can tell, Luke transformed into a modern masterpiece that still holds the heart of the original design as it originally featured a curved design. As for my engagement ring, I came in with an idea of what I wanted, very set in stone. After discussing what I wanted, Luke reassured me that it would be perfect. His craftsmanship is truly outstanding, with every detail coming out even better than I had hoped. The stones are perfectly placed and upon close inspection, the metalwork is spectacular. The completion of the two pieces was also incredibly timely. I was very impressed that everything was delivered right on time, I gave him a lot of work!!! The final pieces are not only beautiful but also meaningful and unique - so no one steal my rings please! Luke will be sure to do something that suits you best! I’m so grateful for the care he brought to such important pieces that will be with me for the rest of my life. If you’re looking for someone to do an amazing job with your jewellery, Luke is your man!
