Cherel Millist I rang AlyzzK boutique to see if they still had stock of the shoes I fell in love with on their website. Excited that they had a pair in my size I asked if they would hold them for me as I was unable to visit the shop for a few days. Alyce was so gorgeous over the phone.. she suggested that she could send them out to me that afternoon. They arrived the next day beautifully packaged and perfect !! Thank you Alyce, not only do you have fabulous range of fashion your personal service is so refreshing!!

Wanga I had my links removed from my watch by John. He was friendly and very knowledgeable on the watch, and taught me a lot since I am new to divers. When I came back for a readjustment he was more than happy to serve me.

Alex Stewart I had a Filippo Loreti watch that was water damaged. I’d been into Watches of Switzerland who said they’d need 6 weeks to be able to tell me whether or not they could attempt to fix it. I went into Crown Jewellers after this and spoke to a very nice gentleman there who said he had the replacement movement in stock and would be able to have it fixed in 3 working days. It was ready when promised and back fully functional at a reasonable price. Great service thank you

Ramon Merola Came in to get x2 clasps replaced. Michael is a true gentleman and very honest jeweller. Not only was he able to replace them in 30 minutes but he is well priced and even offered to trade in the broken clasps which made the price cheaper. He could have just said these are broken and that they are worth nothing and I wouldn’t have thought any different. Thank you again for your honesty and outstanding service

Rhia Bool The atmosphere was amazing. Came to Miranda fair Lovisa to get my seconds and helix done and was treated beautifully by Chelsea. She asked for my opinion on the placement, if I wanted a countdown, what the pain scale was and gave me a wonderful, indepth overview of the after care. The piercing was a gun, but was well sanitised and everything was bacteria free. Wonderful treatment.
