1 /5 Ramadan Imer: This jewellery shop are the worse place to buy jewellery from. Before they make a sale they are your best friend once u purchase jewellery from them and have issues with the item they dont want to know you anymore. Its been approximately 4 months they had my ring and still have no idea where it is and when ask for a refund they make up all this crap that we cant give a refund. And its company policy they not allowed to. Purchased white gold ring matt finish from them wore it for 3 nights only out for dinner and it was faulty ring. Returned it back they sent it back for repairs 2 months later I get it back and they ended up polishing the ring didnt ask for it to be polished. They assured me that this better and it wont get damaged. That night I wore it to a dinner next day returned it back again it was damaged. 4 months later still not having the ring back. Head office will promise u the world but never deliver. I think her name is Kelly from the store is nothing but liar. Save your self the head aches and do not buy anything from them. We are now going to VCAT for the ring.

Polite, courteous, considerate and extremely respectful with the way she speaks, and the way she handled everything. I thought she’s the manager of the store because when my finance was giving issues she was genuinely helpful with guiding me towards making the right decision. She helped me through my first ever finance purchase and handled everything with poise and class. Highly recommend people to ask for her advice as she has exceptional customer service standards.
