1 /5 Maya: Honestly appalling behaviour and services from the piercer and management. My sister has had no recognition or compensation for the extremely poor services she has received. Her septum was pierced so low that she was forced into taking it out and after this she fell sick for the next 2 weeks causing her to miss work without pay. No matter how many times she has reached out no one will refund her for this terrible service. Stop claiming that you have qualified piercers. No good piercer would provide such pitiful services. I hope that she is refunded and that everyone becomes aware that in all truth this shop is scamming customers into overpriced piercings with extremely high rejection rates that could cause infection.

5 /5 Monica: Jed and Lily did an amazing job! My 7 months baby girl did not cry more than 1 minute after her very first ear piercing. The service was very professional and friendly.
